The courses are held on a bi-monthly basis at the office of Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS®. Private courses are also conveniently offered for Your Office, at Your Office.

Currently, three courses are scheduled for Wilmington and registration is open. The course dates are :

-Friday, January 29, 2010: Wilmington, NC - WRAR Office-

- Friday, March 26, 2010: Wilmington, NC - WRAR Office -

- Friday, May 21, 2010: Wilmington, NC - WRAR Office -

The courses start at 9:00am and last until 4:30pm. The cost of the class is $325 and participants will receive the Marketing Start-Up Kit, Course Manual, DVD's and Home Staging for Dummies Book, as well as 4 CE credits and a wealth of information.
