An awesome new magazine is premiering this month - just went on shelves today! Private Showing, all about interiors... it gives an inside look at homes and lifestyles here in Wilmington. The first issue is featuring Mayor Saffo's house. You can pick them up at your closest Port City Java, and for a complete list of locations click on the title of this blog.

Another reason to be excited... Jessica Pirone, with Just Perfect! is a columnist and will be writing columns for each issue giving fabulous information you can use when selling your house and revamping your home-style. This issue focuses on those of you trying to sell your house while still living in it. We will post a link later, once you've had a chance to check out the magazine.
